RECOMMENDATIONS TO MY CLASSMATES
Subject: Preparation Bulats exam
Dear classmates
I am writing to tell you how to prepare for the bulats exam. First, look for your weaknesses and improve them. Learn the vocabulary and grammar rules that are always the same. Second, find examples in movies or books, that will help you to understand better the vocabulary. Finally, during the exam, relax and do not waste your time on topics that you do not know.

second partial reflection
The day of the exam I
arrived late to the classroom and I missed two listening questions and I have
to answered randomly, so I lost two important points there. During the exam I
was worried because almost always a did not get a good grade in this kind of exams
and that means zero points of 30. In fact, I felt this one more difficult than
the first one on the grammar part. Finally, as I expected, I did not pass the
exam because of the listening questions that I missed and the mistakes on the
grammar part. Fortunately, I got a high grade in my first partial.
MY OFFICIAL PRODUCTION EXAM
During this summer
course I did not take the bulats exam, because I did it in my last semester on
May. But I remember that when I was doing it I felt relaxed because
I had studied enough to get a good grade. Actually, I did the first part in
December 2017 and I have to confess that I was a bit afraid of it because the
vocabulary and grammar parts are my weaknesses. However, I think I did a good
job in both exams even if I did not get a higher level like a C1 it is ok for
me.

Present process
What we do for the recruitment is an interview. We look for people that knows the misión and vision of the company. Not only we ask how they could help us, but also how they plan to reach our goals and what kind of skills they have.
Weaknesses
The weaknesses that we have found in our interviews are that many people only memorize our misión and vision, but do not really understand what we want. Consequently, when we ask how they could help us, they answer nonsenses.
Changes
We are convinced that his questions still must be asked. Based on our experiences, we believe that given them a testing week should be better to know the person who wants to work with us. Otherwise, we only have the information from the interview.
