Introduction

Good environment between your staff and managers is important to run a company. Also, motivation is essential if you want to have grateful workers. And that is the main topic in this report, motivation.

Assessed current levels

They way that we assessed current levels is throughout surveys where we look for the
interests of the staff. The survey depends on the area that they work, we asked
if they feel comfortable in their workplace and what they need to work better.

Reasons

The reasons of the current levels are the results of the previous survey. They say that the
workers feel more comfortable if their work is recognized and if we give them some
rest times.  Other reason is because we
talk with our staff one a month and we asked one by one their needs.

Ways to improve

There is a lot of ways to improve the level of staff motivation. The most important
is that you must communicate with your staff. Look for their interests, what
they want, or maybe what do they need to work better.

Conclusion

Motivation is one of the best things that managers have to take care and is one of the keys to be a good leader.
