second partial reflection
The day of the exam I
arrived late to the classroom and I missed two listening questions and I have
to answered randomly, so I lost two important points there. During the exam I
was worried because almost always a did not get a good grade in this kind of exams
and that means zero points of 30. In fact, I felt this one more difficult than
the first one on the grammar part. Finally, as I expected, I did not pass the
exam because of the listening questions that I missed and the mistakes on the
grammar part. Fortunately, I got a high grade in my first partial.
MY OFFICIAL PRODUCTION EXAM
During this summer
course I did not take the bulats exam, because I did it in my last semester on
May. But I remember that when I was doing it I felt relaxed because
I had studied enough to get a good grade. Actually, I did the first part in
December 2017 and I have to confess that I was a bit afraid of it because the
vocabulary and grammar parts are my weaknesses. However, I think I did a good
job in both exams even if I did not get a higher level like a C1 it is ok for
me.

Present process
What we do for the recruitment is an interview. We look for people that knows the misión and vision of the company. Not only we ask how they could help us, but also how they plan to reach our goals and what kind of skills they have.
Weaknesses
The weaknesses that we have found in our interviews are that many people only memorize our misión and vision, but do not really understand what we want. Consequently, when we ask how they could help us, they answer nonsenses.
Changes
We are convinced that his questions still must be asked. Based on our experiences, we believe that given them a testing week should be better to know the person who wants to work with us. Otherwise, we only have the information from the interview.

SAMPLE BULATS 02
I am not going to take the exam, but if I were preparing for taking it I would do the same as a did before. When I was preparing for my examen I watched a lot of movies in English and read some books. Also, I will check expressions that are always together and vocabulary that could be helpful to understand better the reading parts, because I realized that my weakest part is the reading section. Finally, to improve an specific part, that is the "fill the gaps" section, I will study collocations and prepositions that have an specific meaning in the sentence.

The reason why I chose this recording is because I only have two recordings and this one is a little funny. The topic was very simple, I am a participant of a conference and they ask me some questions. But what I did is a big mistake, I thought that I was the conferencist and I ask the question in that way. Consequently, everything is wrong, but I do not feel so bad because our teacher said that is worse to keep quiet and I did not stop talking despite the big mistake I was making. After this recording, I have been paying more attention in this section.

Size and
layout
The building
that we visited last month is one of the best options that we have if we want
to move. Its size is about two times bigger than our company, it has 5 extra
levels and its offices have enough space to put two desks in one office. Besides,
it has an excellent layout that could be pleasurable for all of us.
Cost
Talking
about the cost, it was difficult to find a good price building with the
specifications that we want, but this building has a very accessible price for
us. It cost 1 million dollars which we can pay in twelve months.
Facilities
Other
important thing is that the building has the best facilities in the city. Every
floor has at least 10 big offices and 3 bathrooms. Therefore, it has new air
conditioners, food vending machines and a coffee dispenser in every single floor

Ways to improve
There is a lot of ways to improve the level of staff motivation. The most important
is that you must communicate with your staff. Look for their interests, what

Motivation is one of the best things that
managers have to take care and is one of the keys to be a good leader.
SECTION 04 FIRST DESCRIPTION
At the beginning of the year sales fell and reach a low from 4 to 2 billion dollars.
After the decrease, sales levelled for the next three months.
From January to August, sales rose in a fluctuated way.
Then, sales rocketed about 5 million dollars to reach a peak of 9 million dollars on September.
Nonetheless, sales dropped about 3 million dollars during september, and recovered on October.
Finally, during november sales decrease sharply from 8 to 5 million dollars, and recovered about 2 million dollars in december.

I was very afraid about this exam, because there a lot of words that I did not know the meaning. I studied every single topic the day before the exam, besides I looked for new words and studied its meaning. Doing the exam I felt relaxed and I think I did it well.

BULATS PRACTICE REFLECTION
To be honest, I do not got the results that I expected but I was tired when I did this homework. However, I realized that both my listening and reading comprehension have improved. The vocabulary part is still being the most difficult to do for me, I need to study more business topics.
CONJUNCTIONS PRACTICE
I liked this exercise because if you want to get a high grade you need to know the vocabulary and the grammar rules, and that is just what I need to practice to improve my level. I had to repeat this homework at least two times to get a good grade, but is not to bad because repetition is a good way to learn something.

EXPECTATIONS (CORRECTION)
My course expectations
What I want the most for
this course is passing it with 90 or more because I need to get a high grade
for my scholarship. Furthermore, I want to improve my speaking and reading
skills in order to better understand conferences and movies better.
What I have to do to
reach these goals is studying every day at least 2 hours in my house, I have to
read business books and watch movies, documentaries or talks in English with
subtitles in the same language.
If I do everything day
to day I will get a high grade in the course. I will also improve every single
English skill and I will get my 10 extra points due to my B2 in the bulats exam that I took the last month.
